BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid synthetic peptide derived from a gastric protein fragment. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment associated with thymosin beta-4 research, studied for actin binding and cell migration. Catalogues sometimes list them together. The papers do not treat them as one compound.
Different mechanisms in the literature
BPC-157 papers emphasise cytoprotection, nitric oxide signalling, and angiogenesis in injury models. TB-500 papers emphasise actin sequestration and cell motility. A blend is a mixture of two research materials, not a new single entity. Each still needs its own identity check.
